PURPOSE

GET_BBCI_REGRESS_EOG tries to obtain the regression coefficients

DESCRIPTION

 GET_BBCI_REGRESS_EOG tries to obtain the regression coefficients
    for EOG correction. 
 
 Warning: this is a utility function used by biosig. do not use it
