PURPOSE

SCPOPEN reads and writes SCP-ECG files

SYNOPSIS

function [HDR]=scpopen(arg1,CHAN,arg4,arg5,arg6)

DESCRIPTION

 SCPOPEN reads and writes SCP-ECG files 

 SCPOPEN is an auxillary function to SOPEN for 
 opening of SCP-ECG files for reading ECG waveform data
 
 Use SOPEN instead of SCPOPEN
