leadidcodexyz

 LeadIdCodeXYZ uses the Label information for computing the 
       LeadIdCode and the XYZ position of the EEG Electrodes
       according to Annex A of FEF Vital Signs Format [1]

   HDR = leadidcodexyz(HDR); 
    adds HDR.LeadIdCode and HDR.ELEC.XYZ, if needed.
