openeep

PURPOSE

OPENEEP opens EEProbe files (but does not read the data).

SYNOPSIS

function HDR=openeep(HDR,arg2,arg3,arg4,arg5,arg6)

DESCRIPTION

 OPENEEP opens EEProbe files (but does not read the data). 
 However, it is recommended to use SOPEN instead of OPENEEP.
